Here are some ingredients:
Epsom Salts: Made of natural Magnesium and sulphates which are both key elements for a healthy mind and body. helps to soothe and revitalize tired achy muscles.
Himalayan Pink Salt. A powerful super salt. That contains 84 minerals and trace elements that are highly beneficial for the body, used widely in natural healing. Also helps to expel toxins from the body and has amazing exfoliating properties. Sourced from deep within the himalayan mountains.
Dead Sea Salts. Contain 21 minerals including potassium and sodium, Dead sea salts contain a high level of natural sodium that are absorbed into the body after soaking with them. Helps with muscle cramps, muscle, joint pains and inflammation.
Arnica: Arnica montana, a vibrant yellow flower, has been recognised for its beneficial natural properties since the 16th century which commonly grows in the mountains of Europe and America. It’s known to help to soothe muscle pain and bruises. It is made in oil form mixed with sunflower oil.
Coconut Oil: leaves the whole body feeling soft and supple, also help to prevent hot water from drying out the skin.
Essential Oils: A blend of sweet smelling plant based oils, to relax the mind and help to renew the skin.
Burn some sage or Palo santo to cleanse the room before running the bath. Light a few candles.
